What would we call the current new wave electro music or electronica?
It's based on the old 80's electro post punk, but how would you rate it compared to the original 80's artists?

I've heard some fun new bands that sound like stuff of the new wave etc. and updated, some with a pop synth base.
The Veronicas
Soho Dolls
The Slackers (SKA)
Santogold "Les Artistes" sounds like vocals phrased by Terry Bozio from Missing Persons IMHO)
And of course:
Ladytron
Fischerspooner
Miss Kittin
I know I probably wandered off topic but I wanted to share.
