A common misconception. Last Winter Olympics they finished third in the medal count behind the U.S. and Germany.

Closing in on Romania and Ukraine! How exciting!
Maybe we could join forces with 7 other underperforming nations and each buy 1/8th share of Michael Phelps for the next Olympics. One man has more medals than Canada!
