Just wondering if anyone else on this board lives in Atlanta. I know StormyPetrel does, but that's about it.

I used to in the 80's. Had an apartment in Buckhead. Used to go to the Music Business Institiute which was part of the Art Institute. Every night I lived in the bars in Buckhead and also at the Metro-Plex. LOVED, living in Atlanta. Was a great place to be young and single.

I live in Atlanta and VJ an 80's video night on the rooftop of The Glenn hotel every 1st and 3rd Friday.

Also VJ a more underground dark 80's video night at The Mark (the club is literally underground) every 2nd Friday.

As well as some random DJing here and there.

All the best,

There's the Masquerade near downtown Atlanta. Still around after many years, still a no-cover '80s night every Thursday. I'd go every week if my work schedule permitted it.

Is this Electrohurtz? I want to check it out, but other things keep getting in the way.

I think it was called Charades and not Masquarades.
