Do you make it a habit using your turn signal?

I always signal! It's just the right thing to do... One of my biggest pet peeves are people who don't signal, and you almost rearend them... We're not mind readers! [:p]

Always. Same pet peeve as you Glok.

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Most of the time. I don't bother signaling when no one's around. (My son was asking me why the other day.) And I don't signal when I'm in the right or left turn only lane.

The worst is when you are waiting to make a left turn onto a busy road and one car is approaching that without signaling turns into where you are. This usually incurs me hurling a "how 'bout using your turn signal asshole" out the window.

I try to make a point of using my turn signals.
I hate is when the vehicle in front of me all of a sudden puts on their brakes and then puts on their turn signal.

I want to beat the shit out of people that don't signal. Or worse, here in Bklyn, most places are only one or two lanes. So you are driving behind a guy and you have about 20 cars behind you. All of a sudden the guy in front of you stops at a corner then signals. You stop short just in time for all the cars behind you to drive around you and you end up missing the light because you were behind an idiot.

um, because you're turning. Not using turn signals is rude, no matter which lane you're in. All the other drivers can't read your mind and assume which way you're turning.

What kills me is folks in right-turn-only or left-turn-only lanes who don't realize it, or are too stupid to pay attention, and they try to go straight/ merge into straight-through traffic. Or...stop completely, holding up all the cars behind them, while awaiting a spot in which to merge straight. Argh !!
