I'm very curious to see if the ACLU will represent the child in this case or at least offer to. They sucessfully represented the right of children to wear anti Bush shirts to school in a couple different states.

A fifth-grader says he has been suspended from school for wearing a homemade T-shirt that said "Obama is a terrorist's best friend."
Daxx Dalton, 11, and his father, Dann Dalton, said that the boy's First Amendment rights were violated.
Aurora Public Schools officials said they respect students' free-speech rights but that they also watch for things that might interrupt the learning environment. They said they cannot discuss the specifics of Daxx's case.
Daxx said he was given a choice of changing his shirt, turning it inside-out or being suspended, and he chose suspension
