Arachnophobia - what spider do you fear most ?

There was a story on the news a few weeks back about a British soldier that came back from Afghanastan and had a Camel spider unknowingly in his luggage. It got out back in his familys houde in Britain--killed the dog and scampered away and hid although they did get a video of them tryin to catch it. They still have not found it and the family refuses to move back into the house until it is found.

As for me--not scary looking but I got bit by the small brown recluse spider once--had a pus filled hand for about 3 months. Was not pleasent.

I'm not sure the killing of the dog part could be true, unless it was a really tiny dog, like the size of your hand. Camel spiders don't have venom. They do give a really painful bite though.

I know I'm a real pain in the ass about these things...

They said the dog was bitten--it was a small dog-and died from infection a few days later. It wasnt eaten.
