Don't let Todd Rundgren get word of this or he'll be knocking frantically at Jimmy Page's door the next day, hoping for a shot to again be front man for a great, albeit washed up, rock band.

Two Logical choices to fill in for Plant would be David Coverdale or Jack Russell from Great White. Coverdale recorded with Page in the imaginatively named Coverdale/Page and Great White did an album of nothing but Zep Covers which was a lot better than could be reasonably expected.
