Bladerunner Sample

If anyone can solve this long lost song, I’d appreciate it. Then of course I would have to try and hunt down the album or tape:

Sometime around 1985 or so there was a song by I believe a Canadian artist that sampled a sound bite from the movie Bladerunner. The one sample I remember was “replicants weren't supposed to have feelings, neither were bladerunners, what the hell was happening.”

The only thing I can come up with is Colourbox " Just give them whiskey" It was also called "sexgun". I had it on a Canadian sampler LP vertigo records if I remember right.
