It's ok to sing with the crowd, but do you really think the band needs to know that you, you-fucking-greatest-fan-all-time-cunt, know all the words to their songs? Do you think they can even hear you? For christsakes, sing all you want, but sing in a low voice.

I was at the Nick Cave concert recently and some Cunt Waffle behind me has to shout all the lyrics so that his friends and all of us around him know how cool he is. Do you really think ol' Nicky heard you all the way back section D of the fucking Hollywood Bowl?

This shit goes beyond communal-concert-crowd-singing-along-with-the- band-where-we're-all-one-voice-and-having-some-massive-group-epiphany. This is pure concert experience skulldouchery, stealing my fucking good time because I have to hear some crappy shouty voice.

Yeah! What he said!

And, people who abuse the whole handicapped thingy. If I see you get out of your car from a handicapped spot and you look physically capable of walking into the store without any problems...I will run your ass over so the handicap tag is appropriate. There I said it.

Old ladies who think that just because they are old, they can do what ever they want:

1. Wear enough perfume to kill a horse or Sarah Jessica Parker.
2. Drive down the middle of the street because they can't judge distance anymore.
3. Stop in the middle of the aisle in a store and sort through their purse looking for something they're going to forget about while looking for it anyway.
4. Drop a turd in the middle of a store (c'mon, you've seen the videos). Jesus, if you can't control your bowels, stay home. Shit on your own floor.
5. Please...quit running into the back of my heels with your shopping cart. I know you're behind me and the first time I can forgive but, 3 more times? I never hit a woman before but man....you're tempting me.
6. Are you kidding me? TWO slices of cheese from the deli? TWO? WTF are you going to do with two slices of cheese? Get out of line and go home. Besides American cheese isn't even cheese.

Wow, thanks Philly, I feel a lot better.

Do people in the Walmart parking lots understand the concept of a big yellow arrow instructing them which way to drive up or down a row of parks. I've lost track of how many times I come face to face with a moron driving the wrong way down an aisle, then again I sometimes fail to consider I am in a Walmart parking lot.

Speaking of asshole concert goers, what about the pricks who are just there because it is the hip band of the moment or are just there to get drunk, talk to their stupid friends all night or worse talk on their cellphones. Can't tell you how many shows I have been to where half the audience doesn't even listen to the band. Why the hell are you there then??? Just so you can go back to your friends and say "guess who I saw last night" and they will all think you are so cool. Stay at home!!! You know what, I wanna hear the band not some asshole go on and on about his stupid sex life. I'm going to one on New Yrs Eve. Can't wait to see what that crowd is going to be like.

I agree. But add to that the ones that toddle along holding you up until they think there's a chance you may get ahead of them in the express lane. With speed only seen in the Olympics, they'll run you down with their cart so that doesn't happen.

Oh so true!
Last week, I was behind an elderly lady at the 10 item or less checkout at the supermarket. Her bill came to $19 and change. No movement into her pocketbook until the checkout girl bagged her food (which was a good two minutes after she was told the price). Only THEN does she start searching through her pocketbook for the money. She proceeds to count out 19 one-dollar bills, slowly, making sure that there is absolutely no chance that two bills are stuck together. She puts the little purse back in her pocketbook. She then pulls out her change purse and slowly counts out the exact change. This process took at least four minutes.
WTF! Did she not expect to pay for the food? Why didn't she start taking out the money when she knew the price? It's not like she helped bag the food! Did she not understand that the aisle she was in was a "quick" checkout line for those picking up just a few items?

We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Totally agree about singalongs: I paid to hear YOU sing, not us so get on with it and sing!

OAPs:

1. Always cut to the front of the queue and give anyone dirty looks who dare to point this out.

2. Drive slowly and weave across the road, oblivious to everyone else.

3. Complain about the rudeness of today's youth despite the hypocrisy of this statement.

4.

On checking out at stores....

Same goes for the fucking idiots who write checks....they wait till the clerk at the store rings up their entire basket of crap and tells them the total and then they finally whip out their check book! If you are one of the few idiots on earth still writing checks please save the world some time and write the check out while the casher is ringing you up!!

Always remember you are unique....just like everyone else.

How about this...at our deli we have a "take a number" way of getting in line. You pull a tag with a number on it and wait your turn. How easy is that? Apparently it's pretty difficult because I always run into the 400 year old lady who insists that the tag doesn't apply to her. She just walks right up to the counter and raps the glass with her cane...or she just interrupts who ever is up next. I don't care if you're old and I don't care if you can't afford more than two pieces of cheese (American cheese isn't even cheese)...get in line like the rest of us.

While I'm thinking about it, and some of you know that I hate people who use a cell phone while in the car...I pulled into our local grocery store and encountered quite a line of cars waiting to get into the parking lot. When I finally got close to the front of the store, guess what? A woman sitting in her car in front of the store entrance in the actual traffic lane on her laptop and cell phone totally oblivious to the fact that she was causing a traffic jam. There were cars on the state route blocking the street because they were stuck halfway in the parking lot and couldn't move. I parked my car and approached her with a smile. I kindly told her to, "Get off of the fucking phone and move your god damn car". I thought she was going to cry. I wish she had, I needed a good chuckle at that point. To top it off, a guy came walking up to me and thanked me for telling her to move. He said he was going to but his wife told him to shut up. Women run this planet....but I'm here to cause them grief.

Thank you.

I'm tired of hearing what 9 out of 10 dentists recommend. I want to know what the other one thinks is better. And how much are they paying him/her to break from the pack?

I HATE those stupid ads on internet sites that are animated, show time lapse action, show dancing figures, or otherwise move in any way ! I'm trying to read an article, and there's a stupid freakin' ad alongside it showing the miracle of Botox (well, at least it ain't the "miracle of birth" !), or some horrible figure dancing in joy to lower mortgage rates. This freakin' drives me nuts. I disabled these ads in my Toolbox, but the problem is, is that that disables ALL screen graphics, including those belonging to the article. So now I just minimize or drag my screen smaller to avoid looking at those stupid freakin' ads. Argh !!!
