Yes, I shouldve made it more clear(sorry), it was the 3 digit security code on the back. Mine has 4 digits, not 3, so maybe that's why it didn't work on the site? regardless, I tried calling and got nothing. Makes no sense to have a number listed if no one is there to answer, or the line doesnt work at all?

Only American Express uses a 4-digit code, and it's on the front of the card... Visa and MasterCard all have a 3-digit code on the back, usually in the sig line at the end, mine always ends up getting rubbed off![:p]

Guys, mine has a 4 digit code, it's a card i got from the state of nevada, when i was unemployed a couple months back. it's a Visa debit card, and has 4 digits, which is apparently why I couldnt use it on that site. The 4 digits are 6259, and I know that that's right. I wouldve thought though, that since the card didnt work, i could easily call there and order what i wanted? but no. You guys should call the 1-800-cool-cd's number they give, just to see what im talking about. The phone rings 3-4 times, then goes dead. Whats the point on having a # if it doesnt work?

Give Oligo (Oglio?) some slack. It was the saturday after christmas.
And nobody else seems to have had any trouble ordering from the web site.

Plus, the cds you wanted to order probably wouldn't exist if they didn't take the trouble to release them, years ago, before new wave became fashionable again.
