This is also how great music revolutions begin. Double digit unemployment among the U.K. youth spawned a musical revolution in 1976. Let's hope at least something good comes out of this global recession. Music could sure use some inspiration.

I don't follow NYC politics too closely (beyond mayor), but the recent term limit fiasco revealed a number of council members self-serving sycophants jockeying for power.
