What??? Really? Lambsbread has been around here for years and I've even talked to Dannis a couple of times ... yet I had no idea about any of this. [:0][B)]

Heh.. Death.. 'Revisited'

I can definitely see a movie script for this somewhere.

Imagine..
Some Brutha's.. er.. Brothers from Motortown would have a hard rock epiphany courtesy of Alice Cooper and sow the seeds of the Punk movement in the most unlikely of surroundings, SE Detroit's Philly infused music scene. Only to have it unearthed and resurrected decades later by their kids in of all places: Phish's stomping ground of Vermont.[:0]

And to have a fellow NWO'r unknowingly being in on it is just icing on the 6 degrees of separation cake[8D].

You can't make this freaking stuff up!

Fascinating..
Interestingly, the Myspace bio states the following:

IN EARLY 1973, THE BROTHERS WENT TO THE MICHIGAN PALACE AND SAW A PERFORMANCE OF IGGY AND THE STOOGES. FROM THAT DAY FORWARD DAVID MOVED THE BAND INTO THE DIRECTION OF ROCK N’ ROLL, FEELING IT WAS A BETTER FIT FOR THEM. DAVID WROTE THE MUSIC AND BOBBY THE LYRICS. THEIR SONGS BECAME MORE POLITICAL AND THE POWER TRIO SEEMED COMPLETE. THE BAND NAMED THEMSELVES DEATH

Me thinks that Iggy would definitely be a more apropos proto-punk inspiration than Alice Cooper no? (Fact Check Puhleeze![8)])

Anywho, this is some truly groundbreaking material nontheless..Thanx for the link MetaMatrix! [8D]

Thanks for the MySpace link... Nice to hear those three tunes posted there, diffinately hear the pete Townsend/The Who influence on the power chords, a real rock 'n' roll/punk synthesis!

Yes, thanks for the link. "Politicians..." sounds like a pre-curser to the punk/new wave choppy vocal style, smothered in Stooges/Who powerchords. Great stuff!

This story broke about a year ago. Anyone know if the music has been released yet?
