Dwarf Tossing?

Has anyone ever heard this song before? I believe the name of the song is "Dwarf Tossing" It's your typical offbeat song. Similar to the styling's of Angel & The Reruns, The Judys, and Killer Pussy. It would definitely fall into the novelty category. If no one is able to identify it based on the song title I would be more than happy to post the song.
