Terri Nunn back on WFDU tomorrow night

Postby ghosty » Fri Jun 12, 2009 9:12 am

Terri Nunn will be on with me at Saturday night at 10pm eastern to talk about the new Berlin live CD/DVD and the Regeneration Tour. You can listen live in the NY/NJ area on 89.1 WFDU fm or online at http://www.wfdu.fm

BTW: If you missed out on last week's show with Richard Butler, the website has just started archiving shows. So go to Saturday June 6th and choose the 9pm show. You won't be able to scroll through the program and skip songs but it's up there for all to listen to.

Really enjoyed the music selections on the June 6 show. "Lucky Number" is one of those great songs I'd practically forgotten about. Sound is a bit distorted on the on-line archives and yeah, a way to scroll through would be wonderful. Looking forward to the Butler interview...

Thanks. Yeah, they made some adjustments to the sound so it should be a little better from the June 13th show on.

I saw Berlin last night at Irving Plaza on the Regeneration Tour. Terri was stunning, amazing, brilliant, etc. (inert your adjective here). She climbed up the wall by the side of the stage to reach fans in the balcony, climbed on to the shoulders of a security guard and was carried around the club touching hands with the audience, pulled people onstage.......I'm sure had security allowed it she would've danced into the street and sang atop the hoods of parked cars.
The band was great and the presentation was top notch. She opened with "Masquerade" and closed with "Sex (I'm A..)".
