http://cbs13.com/local/michael.jackson. ... 72797.html

"Because Michael Jackson was an icon to us," said one neighbor. "To Stockton, Michael Jackson meant more to us than Jesus, to some people."

At least that part makes sense.

I'm sure Chris Isaak will be glad to hear that. Time to change home towns.

Well I can see the point here. I mean he did perform miracles. He turned white! He made a sausage disappear.

Fuck, enough already. One local radio station here has been polling listeners to get a feel as to whether they should carry the memorial live. Bunch of fucking has-beens getting camera time makes for shitty TV...it makes even worse radio. The kicker is the station's demographics are white male 35 - 50.

Is there nobody in the media with enough balls to say "Sayonara dipshit" to this clown?

Would it be bad taste to do an MJ-zombie-from-Thriller costume for Halloween this year? Hmmm, maybe too scary for the kids...

You gotta be kidding me. Sharpton calls for MJ postage stamp and day of mourning.

With Elvis, there was discussion on whether the stamp should depict young Elvis or fat Elvis. Do we want the black Michael Jackson or the white one?

I prefer the mottled MJ. He was such a mystery back then.

Not as scary as going as the actual MJ from post 1988 on!

Wow. I have not seen that Steve Martin parody in decades. Thought it didn't exist.
