Years ago I had a Cure bootleg with a screened orange and yellow cover. Translucent yellow vinyl. It said "7 Records" on the front. I *believe* it was made up of recordings from 2 shows. At one of them they dedicated "Happy Birthday" to Simon Gallup saying that it was his 21st birthday.
I've looked at Cure bootleg discographies and never found this title, or one recorded within a few days of said birthdate. Anyone know what this record was?

maybe this one? Has been released in 2 diff. covers I think, the recording of 'Happy birthday' is from 31st May, 1980 Herford.
(other possible boots: 'Girls Don't Cry' + 'Final Romance' -> both don't fit with your description though)
