It's a weird thing that they do not realise that Fragile Tension is the strongest song on the album. I hope they make ammends for it and start playing it live.

It was all well and good for Martin Gore to search eBay for all the perfect gear, but the band still has to make good music with it...and they did not deliver.

Simplistic hooks, choruses, and chord progressions, and dreary tired lyrics make SOTU the worst since Ultra...maybe ever.

The production sucks too.

I was hoping DM would do at least as well as they did with Playing the Angel, but I guess that was fluke.

I didn't like album at all when I was listening for the first time. I gave it few more listens since they were supposed to play in Belgrade and I wanted to know the tracks before I go to the concert. The tour was cancelled and I wasn't listening more after that. "Wrong" was completly wrong step in my opinion for the first single. My picks from the album would be "Jezabel", "Fragile Tension" and "Spacewalker".
