Yup. Post-Modern MTV, weeknights at 11:30, I think? c. 1989-1990.
It's kind of gone down the memory hole--Google searches don't turn up much. (Alternative Nation is remembered more frequently; the concept for that wasn't far from Post-Modern.) It mostly focused on the bigger 120 bands (Morrissey, New order etc) and a few Adult Alternative types that 120 had stopped playing (10000 Maniacs, Tin Machine). I think Kevin Seal was the host, but Andy Partridge and John Lydon filled in a few times.
