Which is THE worst. I made it easy and narrowed it down to the bottom two.

Well it can't be the refs. Their orange throwbacks are only marginally worse than their new crappy uniforms. WTF with those stupid new uni's? They look like plastic halloween versions of real uniforms. They're like those tuxedo t-shirts you used to see in the 70s. Fucking awful.
