It seems like just a few poppy chords made to give it a sort of hip indie feel to it, doesn't it? Likely just a modern jingle.

I digress. Some internet sources claim it is "Higher Than The Stars" by The Pains of Being Pure at Heart. Other say "As the Cold Rain Falls" by Tiger Army.
