Okay, this one is a bit hard to identify as I unfortunately don't have much to go on - I was watching Deutsche Welle one night about the opening up of the Berlin wall and this really great tune was being used as the background music:
VERY Ramones inspired staccato guitar pop-punk number with a male singer chanting (a la Ramones style) "Berlin!...Berlin!" Unfortunately I didn't catch the rest of the lyrics and I don't know if they were in English or German. I'm fairly certain it wasn't Die Toten Hosen.
Sorry for my lame description. Does anyone have any ideas?

sorry i have no clue but, i'd advise contacting the show and asking about music played during it. this has always worked for me for stuff i've heard in commercials or tv shows. they definately have that info.

Thanx 1981 but I don't think that would help me much. Unfortunately this program aired a few years ago and have yet to find the title of it. That's why my confusion in trying to remeber parts of the song (whether it was in English or German.)
