New Editors mp3 album $2.99 at amazon

Postby jaybag » Thu Feb 04, 2010 4:23 pm

Hope this isn't considered inappropriate - I don't work for amazon (I do own some of their stock though, so buy from them and make me rich!).

This might not last much longer, but the latest Editors album "In This Light And On This Evening" is available for download at amazon.com right now for $2.99. It's even the "bonus track" version that has five extra songs on it (14 in all). This makes me sad because I downloaded it while I was in London last month for more like $12. Fantastic album. It's their "deal of the day" so it might only last for, like, another hour or so.

Quick update - it's still $2.99 at 8:30 PST. Or if you'd rather have the standard version without the five bonus tracks, it's $5.00 [:D]

Read on another thread that some of you don't like this album. I think it's great myself ...

Granted, Editors are no British Sea Power, but hey, who is???

My doctor recently prescribed me some valium - I said "no thanks, I'll just listen to 'Do You Like Rock Music?' instead!" [:D]

Just figured one good threadcrap deserves another. Besides, Blir's got pretty thick skin, I think he can handle it.

Exactly! Editors for Band of the 2010s!!! [8D]

[Ok I wouldn't go that far. But I do like the album, even though it's back to $5.99 - which still isn't bad. In fairness I do kinda like BSP but not nearly as much as you - but then who does???]

Meanwhile, I'm going to keep posting good bargains when I see them - even though every time I do it, all anyone does is tell me how shitty the album is!!!
