A couple of KROQ songs

There's 2 songs on this KROQ radio show I need help identifying.

The first song starts at 59:16 into the show and starts out with
- "the first cut won't hurt at all, the second only makes you wonder"

The second song starts at 73:37 into the show and starts out with
- "the rich are getting richer and the poor get the picture"

Thanks Swerve. Would you happen to know what version of duel this is? I can't find any versions that sound even remotely like the one in the radio broadcast.

It's actually "Jewel," which was kind of the amped up version of "Duel." It's also on the A Sceret Wish album.
