Yeah for Grimly Fiendish! Was just wondering today why I never see it mentioned.

Were you guys teasing about the ridicule? I hope nobody feels that way. If I put Frank C on the defensive, I'm sorry, Frank. Nobody can say your favorite is not your favorite.

I keep hoping to find that perhaps mythical forum where there is no one-up-manship, flames, slams, condescension, scorn, ad hominem attacks, etc. A forum where everyone encourage and supports each other. Haven't found it yet.

You never put me on the defensive HW and you have nothing for which to apologise. People on here know my taste in music is rather eclectic and I expected what would happen when I posted my list. I do like mainstream bands, just not enough to them on my list.

When you do find your forum please post a link to it as they must have brilliant sections on unicorn care and dentistry for hens.

No. I was calling out one hypocritical fucktard in particular. He knows who he is.

Didn't get that reference. Oddly, I don't feel I missed out.

Got that one. I hope I never become that cynical.

Agreed--not with *anonymity* as the norm, anyway. Handles allow people to unleash all that self-centered nastiness they feel but are too afraid to say to others in real life (which is why Larry David is funny, because he says it anyway). I think the new trend to sign up to forums with Facebook accounts is going to lower the general level of trollishness a bit: it will dawn on posters that others can hit back--hard.

Anyway, enough of this. I'm off to listen to some Concrete Blonde.

Definitely. You're such a delicate flower.

That's what I was thinking! Actually I could get on board with almost half the list, interesting choices...but admittedly a few I've never heard.

Aw, isn't that lovely, really warms the cockles of my heart. It's nice when they're innocence and full of zeal. That will change.

I've got no problems in telling the zealots to their face that their sacred cows have got BSE and have done it many times in the past. Granted, on more than one occasion this has gone down as well as Gary Glitter in Mothercare as someone having a disparate view to their own is unusual.

I'm considering an automatic disqualification.

BTW, game extended to Monday...I have the luck that both my soccer players went undefeated and play on Monday. F'in YAY!
