Black Vinyl Shoes on CD?

Postby budaniel » Fri May 27, 2011 1:39 pm

Hey all,

does anyone have this CD by Shoes? I ordered a copy, and when I received it, i found that the label Black Vinyl Records is pressing it on a blue surface CDR. I was wondering if they've always pressed it as a CDR or if there was ever an official CD pressing because the CDR is actually not reading correctly from start to finish and begins to jump all over the place by track 12.

My copy is a normal (not CD-R) pressing, but I got it several years ago.

I picked this up in the late 90's and mine is a standard CD as well, not a CD-R.

I'd like to think that the folks at a small label like Black Vinyl would rectify the situation if you brought it to their attention.

just received the 2-on-1 of two more of their other albums, and it's also a CDR.
