Welcome to the new forum!
If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

Serious question for all you guys who have posted in the 37 pages of this thread...what percentage of the songs posted do you actually like?

I'm not trying to be funny or insulting when I ask that. Everyone has their own taste and there are a wide range of styles and artists represented. I can't imagine everyone loves everything.

There are probably 50 songs per page and I reckon I probably only like about 2 of the 50 on average. I guess I'm no hipster, but you already knew that.

It is hard work to find a good song these days.

I can't say I'm totally in love every song I've posted. I do have to like it to some degree, that's why I find myself revisiting songs that didn't bowl me over the first time.

Ditto with what TB and '82 said.

I estimate I buy/download about 2/3rds of the songs I post. I like all the songs I post at the moment, but I know that some of them will wear then quickly. Of the songs I've posted so far on page 37, the Cold Showers song is the one I'm least likely to buy. On the other hand, I've already got 3 of the songs I posted on the page, not including the Handsome Furs and Eleanor Friedberger songs.
