<p align="justify">I was initally also bored with Blade Runner. It's definitely a "grower" kind of movie for me, where I watched it a few more times before getting a taste for it. However, it may be that you just don't dig the style. It's a Neo Noir film, so if most classic Film Noir*** don't do it for ya, then this one isn't gonna be better in spite of the Cyber-Punk theme, the elaborate sets, the SFX, and Vangelis's music. I think my initial reaction to Blade Runner is that it was too rich in every one of those elements: too much Cyber-Punk, too much SFX, too elaborate sets, too much music. Once I got to see Greenaway's and Jeunet's films, though, Blade Runner looks rather minimalistic in comparison[}:)]
***And when I say "most classic Film Noir," I mean you can name at least 10 favourite films in that genre after having seen a bunch of them (not just Double Indemnity, Out Of The Past, and Ernest Hemingway's "The Killers")[}:)]
