Numan Pleasure Principle to 83 - I Die: You Die, with a special US Single award to Remind Me to Smile. We Take Mystery to Bed and She's Got Claws are tied for #2 for that era.

Have to hear more of the Numa Records era for a third choice.

As for 'Change Your Mind', Bill Sharpe certainly wanted a hit off his solo album but perhaps not that one; he certainly put more of himself into 'Famous People' than he did 'Change Your Mind'.
