I actually had "This Is The Day.." on cassette and listened to "Wise Up Sucker" incessently back then...

Does anyone know the name of the song on tape 8a at the 2:22 minute mark? It goes "I love your face and i love your smile and I love your ways I say that is why."

[/quote]Don't have the tape at hand, but based on the lyrics you quoted it's "Love Your Face" by Boom Boom Room.

wow,sally i would never remembered that name.. a one hit wonder if i ever saw one...but i love the one hit wonders. some OHW{one hit wonders}were played into the ground and some were heard a few times and never played again and I would almost lust to hear them again which is why many of my tapes have OHW.

[/quote]One hit wonder, true, but they are a better band than you might think. I believe they put out two records (out of print), and they're both pretty good. Not killer-classics, but worth having.
