Depending on how strictly you interpret you own question, I would say no.
It seems the only official release (in a traditional sense) was the 1986 12 inch and 7 inch singles. Everything else seems to be unofficial releases on CD's or Cdr's. With the exception of an edited version on the Modern Girls soundtrack.
I guess it would also depend on how you feel about the digital downloads from Mute.

Unless there is something that has not been discovered out there, that was not properly credited. I don't think that anything exists "physically" on an album or various artists compilation that could be considered "official".
