Trevor Herion & The Fallout Club

Postby Patrick » Sun Jul 23, 2006 11:12 am

Hi,
Could someone please help me with a rip of The Fallout Club single The Beat Boys/Falling Years? And/Or Trevor Herion's solo singles and the excellent overlooked album Beauty Life.
A few MP3s can be found here,

Many Thanks!

P.S. Here's the amazing Dream Soldiers/Pedestrian Walkway 7" & Wonderlust/Desert Song 12"

Don't you mean Trevor Horn, or is there something I don't know about him?

No, Patrick's right about the name.

The Fallout Club is best known for the band member Thomas Dolby. My favourite song of theirs is Wonderlust.

Trevor relased Dream Warriors as a solo single.

Here is an okay copy of the two Fallout Club tracks in a zip file. The first is rather crackly - not sure if that is by design or the fault of the track I downloaded from somewhere.

This site talks about Thomas Dolby

The two tracks you requested have Trevor Herion - he's sort of recognizable in the minimalist synth these tracks are. Thomas Dolby is not on these two Fallout Club tracks, so Beat Boys/Falling Years are not listed on this site. Dream Soldiers and Wonderlust are on the site, along with nice pictures of the covers, since they are Dolby, Herion and the rest of the Fallout Club.

Thank you so much, I've been looking everywhere for The Falling Years for a very long time, someone sent me the single, but it's virtually unplayable.

The three releases by The Fallout Club were The Beat Boys/The Falling Years, Dream Soldiers/Pedestrian Walkway & Wonderlust/Desert Song (also received an extended 12" release).
Trevor's solo album spawned 4 singles, Dream Time/Mix, Love Chains/Mix, Fallen Angel/Betrayed & Kiss Of No Return/Instrumental

No, I do indeed mean the wonderful Trevor Herion, although on a sidenote Trevor Horn was also in a band with Thomas Dolby called Bruce Woolley & The Camera Club.

So, thanks to the wonderful mathman my Fallout Club collection is complete, now if only someone could upload Trevor Herion's album.

Does anyone have clean rips of the Fallout Club and Trevor Herion singles - particularly the extended versions ?
Thanks in anticipation
