I have tried to contact the owner of this clip to see if he had a clip of this...
The song that is like the first 2 seconds of the clip.
I really want to know..its such a cool noise.
And if someone can offer any kind of suggestions...its at the end of a song... It may not be anything...It could be a radio FX or a commercial...but I am just throwing this out there just like...you know.

It's "3 Teens Killed 4" Frayo and I'm still searching to see if I ever transferred that to cd from the old cassette. I doubt I still have it.
