Is anyone familiar with this UK band? They released two albums, their s/t debut in 1983 and "Shake" in 1985. I have never heard any songs from "Shake" but their first album is more funk/r&b/dub styling than new wave. I consider it to be one of my "unknown" favorite albums of the 80's.

Two of the band members, Jo Dworniak and Duncan Bridgeman, have done all sorts of production and soundtrack work after I-Level disbanded.

The only thing commercially available on cd afaik is the song 'Give Me' on a compilation called 'Brit Funk'. The second album is a bit less synthy, but songs like 'Our Song' are still great. Dworniak and Bridgeman had worked with the likes of John Foxx an
