I just found a website on the band tonight.Not the heavy metal band,but the New Wave Stiff band from Staten Island.

Yes, I remember this band. I saw them play a few times back in the early 1980s. Very cool.

I've had their debut lp for years..."Love Crimes", "Lie to Me", "Let Go", all great songs..

Kind of sad to see that the bassist had passed away on your web-site link - -

I remember reading in Creem magazine about a Stiff Records tour these guys did

I remember seeing these guys play at a small club in West Orange called Creations. They were a great band and their bio provides an excellent example on how a record company can screw up a bands career. It's amazing that the labels still get away with th
