Ronald Reagan Song ?

Does any one know the name and artist of an old punk song about Roanld Reagan? I remember it had lines like:
"Save us, Ronald Reagan
Save us, Mr. President
Save us from ourselves"
and
"Ride on, Ronald Regan
Ride on, Mr. President"
and some other stuff about "Californ-I-A" and "sometimes Disneyland"

Near the end it went into a kind of hymn repeating Ronald Reagan over and over again. The only reference to it I can find anywhere is at http://eightiesclub.tripod.com/id7.htm - it says it may be by The Humans. Anyone remember this one?

I <3 that song. Love the weird instrumental and apparently the pitch change near the end.

I played it on my radio show before Ronnie kicked the bucket(coincidence?), and then again last Saturday in rememberance.
