Anyone see Devo at central park?

Postby phillyidol » Sun Aug 15, 2004 10:26 am

Saturday night, pretty late I tuned in to channel 7 and saw devo at the end of a concert in central park. I don't know when it was taped but I only saw the last song. They did beautiful world. My question is did anyone see this? I was confused. The lead singer was wearing a mask and was singing in a kids voice. Did he do the whole concert like that? I hope not.[?]

Phillyidol, that was Boojie Boy, no doubt. It's not a Devo concert unless Boojie Boy makes an appearance. [:)]

Oh, o.k. But boojie boy doesn't sing the whole concert. I Only saw one song. It was funny but I like devo and would not want to here every song done like that.

No, they save Boojie Boy for the end of their shows the 2 times I've seen them. Surprisingly enough, it was always for "Beautiful World". [:)]

Gotcha. I've never seen them so I didn't know what was going on.
