Does anyone remember this band from the early 80's roughly speaking? They had a minor hit that got some airplay on college radio stations called "Now That You've Gone" I'm not sure if they were an all girl band or not,but it sure sounded that way to me.Can anyone please shed some light on this band if you know anything about this group? Thank you.

I don't recall any airplay but I have their "See the Whirl" lp and a couple of 45's, one of which is "Try". Very Gang of 4-ish, post-punk, scratchy guitar over funk-inspired bass that was popular in very early 80's. Female vocals, guys and girls in band

I have their song "Journey" on the Death Disco compilation. And that's an awesome song.

For fans of that gritty post-punk sound, this comp is a must have.
