The Rapture and Louis XIV: Whats your Take?

I just pick up 2 titles last week.

1. The Rapture-Echoes
This is a very cool sounding cd a new band with a retro cocktail sound of The Cure, Gang of Four and A Certain Ratio with a spash of Massave Attack. Mixed by some guy name DFA who Himself has a 3cd mix compulation on the first cd features a Rapure song called Alabama Sunrise that has elemants of Captian Sensible's "Wot". [:)][:)][:)][:)] 1/2 smilie faces out of five for this CD and props for DFA's work.

2. Louis XIV-Louis XIV
This is a four song CD that features the Lou Reed sounding single "How to tell true love is blind" sort of sassy but cool song.
