Broken Edge "Jump Back"?

I have putting my music collection on to my computer and I came across an old mix tape with a song I labeld as Broken Edge "Jump Back". I've tried looking at many sites and can't find anything about the song. I did find an album by Broken Edge but no listing for a song called "Jump Back". If anyone can help me track this down, or point me in the right direction, I would be very greatful.
The lyrics are:

Na Na Na Na
Jump Back
Midnight, Telephone call
Tempting Me Agian
I Can't Let You Go

Jump Back
Na Na Na Na
Daybreak, Going Home
Seeing You Again (or something like that, the tape isn't in great shape)

It repeats Jump Back Na Na Na Na

The reason you are having problems finding it is because the title of the song is "Time For A Change" from Broken Edge. What a great song! Hope this helps
