Ticketmaster

Postby Crimsor » Mon Oct 10, 2005 12:33 am

So I made sure I was up by 845 est to get Depeche Mode tickets for MSG. I begin the search (after misreading the ticketmaster verification word which may as well be written in Sumerian) and submit all of my cc info. After about one minute I receive a pop up window saying the connection timed out. THREE TIMES I tried to buy tickets, each time the tickets getting progressiveley worse, and each time the final step could not be completed. Now ticketmaster is offline completely and I am out in the cold with no tickets and the show, most assuredly, sold out. Thanks Ticketmaster and now I know wwhat great service it is that warrants that 20 % service charge!

That's happened to me several times on their site. [:(!] [:(!] [:(!] Fortuntely for me I wasn't buying tickets for DM @ MSG and after several attempts usually was able to procure the tickets I wanted. But I'll be the first to agree with you that their service SUX. [xx(] There must be a better way.
