I don't know what the lasat 30 seconds are, but the main part of the sample is Flying Turns by Crash Course in Science... played at 33 RPM rather than 45 (it's actually a girl singer). It comes from the Signals from Pier Thirteen EP released in 1981 on Press Records. They also had a 7" in 1979 called Cakes in the Home. Anyway, here's the full version of Flying Turns.

Not only do you identify an obscure song by an obscure group, but one that is being played at the wrong speed[^]
This could be the start of a new game NTAT (Name That Altered Tune).[8D]
