I buy one of your videos since 10 days ago, QUIET RIOT DVD, and I receive nothing yet, possibly the postal service is not so fast, I understand that, but the thing that I dont understand is your bad service support, I sent to you 2 mails and nothing back at this time 
so sad believeme, I dont trust in you anymore, I could be one of the best customers you have but unfortunely your service is a total mess.
Sorry nothing personal but you have to be in your business more often.
