These dudes: http://www.heartagram.com/

They have an 80s sound, kinda, like 80s rock mixed with goth.

Singer is excellent, lots of passion in his vocals.

Keyboardist is irreplaceable -- the keys and vocals make the band.

Oh, cool. They have a nice full, raunchy sound. Where are they playing? Let us know how the show goes!

They're going to be at the Hammerstein in NYC.

I'll definitely post about the show -- I'll be so excited I'll have to spill my guts :)

Okay -- here's my take on the show.

When HIM hit the stage, I almost cried.

I waited since February to see this band (that is when I discovered them).

They were fantastic, the lights were fantastic.

Some disappointments though:

-- They concentrated on two albums, the new one "Dark Light" and "Razorblade Romance" which is older -- therefore omitting a lot of songs from my favorite album "Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights."

-- They played one song after another without much talk in-between. I would have liked to hear some joking around, as Ville is a pretty funny guy.

-- Only played 1.5 hours.

So I left feeling a bit disappointed.
