Behind my back

Trying to identify a song that I heard a long, long time ago on George Gimarck's show. The only bits I remember clearly are the lyrics "behind my back / what an easy thing to do" and a somewhat dissonant guitar riff (sounded like it used an open string). It was kind of slow-paced and, as I recall, had a spacey ambiance (like early Siouxsie, I suppose).
