A vast majority of you wil not know of whom I speak but this guy was a legend back in the 1980's in my neighborhood. This guy was a visionary who turned me on to some really good New Wave back in the day when you were getting your ass kicked in school for being "different"! Well I met him at a baptism I attended...happens to be he is a friend of a friend. Well we spoke at length about Cetu Javu, Cause and Effect, Dead or Alive, Flock of Seagulls, OMD, Depeche etc and when we met each other on a beach in Europe in 1998 and enjoyed the Atlantic from a different perspective. Freddy is still spinning the vinyl and man that night at the baptism (he was the DJ) I danced to some old favs all by myslef to the staring eyes of those seated (I have 2 left feet mind you)....
I just wanted to memoralize Freddy Freak in a small way...he will live in eternity now in the archives of the NWO...all of us who supported the cause back in the day deserve a resting place here.
