Cassa, I don't think there was ever an extended version of Screaming Jets.

Well, there is no real extended version, but the original album version is about 5:15min.
Johnny's albums have been re-released with a lot of additional stuff (bonus tracks, extensive liner notes, even video clips). Have a look at

and look for Johnny Warman!

1980-E; this version is from a compilation cd called "From the Vaults".

The version off the Hardest Hits comps is about 5:23. Guess that's the album version.
