I'm not sure if this is a new wave song or not.It's just a glimmer in the old memory banks. The chorus went..,"I've got a new girl now,and she's alot like you...." that's all I remember.

Possibly "Dangerous Type" by the Cars?
On edit: Scratch that. "Dangerous Type" only contains half of that quote. Try Honeymoon Suite's "New Girl Now".
