Back in 80 or 81 there was a strictly New Wave station out of Philadelphia (really short lived). There was one song played that I have not heard since. Part of the lyrics were:
"Inside the walls of the citadel, Roman chariots race"
Does anybody remember this song? Who was the artist?

The Stranglers with 'All Roads Lead To Rome.' You'll probably also like 'The Man They Love to Hate' - pretty similar compared to other Stranglers stuff that could be quite varied.
