Been into this band for years now and seen them grow from an alright
average punk band to the full blown Goth rockers they are now.I was
left speechless by the masterpiece Sing the Sorrow.I have not got
the new one yet but all sales figures point it,s selling large.
Anyone else dig this band?Get on board they are going to be big.
Then I,ll hate them.

I've liked AFI since Black Sails In The Sunset. They're an amazing band and they just keep getting better. I agree thst everyone should give them a try. Even if you haven't heard them , you may be familiar "Total Immortal" through The Offspring's crappy cover of it.

NW related: There's a great cover of The Cure's "The Hanging Garden" on their first ep (if anyone wants to hear it, just let me know and I'll post it).

Wow. I think that's the only Cure cover I've ever actually liked. Thanks, Motors [:)]

I just heard the other day the Kate Melua Cure cover of Just Like Heaven (very boring) but A.F.I. covering The Hanging Garden I like. Thanks Motors .

Their last album was excellent and I like the new song Miss Murder quite a bit
