For those who don't know the background on this one, "Cha Cha Heels" was a track intended to be recorded in 1988 by Bronski Beat and Divine (Pink Flamingos, Hairspray) Divine died just 2 weeks before the recording session was to take place. A year later, Eartha Kitt recorded the lead vocal.
